I came here after listening to their very good latest album This Landscape Is Alive and I strongly recommend you go ahead and listen to that one as well.

In many ways this is funeral doom in the vein of Esoteric, though not nearly as psychedellic, but at it's core this is incredibly gothic. The vocals, song structure and dynamics are very similar to My Dying Bride. After Turn Loose The Swans, I could have easily seen a world where MDB became a band more akin to this, lengthening their songs and becoming a bit more extreme.

Regardless this is a very pretty album and while I wrote this mostly just as a placeholder for whats to come here, I still strongly recommend listening to this phenomenal band!
